Normally at work our cafeteria is up and running but since it is the holiday season they were closed. So on this day I had to switch things up and needed something quick with some calories and protein. After a little searching I found this.

For the full size meal, it was pretty fulfilling and definitely an option I would add for a winter time lean bulk. Comes with 2 packets of salad dressing and croutons. Tastes pretty good and of course was super convenient. All in all, if you’re looking for something quick and don’t have a lot of time, opt for this salad in either full or half size.
